Lodsworth Village Hall, opened in 2000, stands in its own recreation grounds.

It comprises:

A large reception with cloakroom and male, female and disabled toilets.

The main hall is approximately 8m x 12m, with a capacity of up to 140 seated ‘theatre style’ or 120 seated at tables. The hall has an extendable stage and the latest sound and video system, with two DVD/Blue Ray players, handheld and lapel mikes and laptop/tablet/smartphone connectivity. There is free WiFi access and a sound loop for those guests who are hard of hearing.

There is even a standby generator that starts automatically if there is a mains power failure, so you will not be left in the dark in the middle of your event!

The Club Room, approximately 5.5m x 8m, has a capacity of 60 seated or 36 at tables. There are serving hatches to the bar and kitchen and doors to the terrace. The Club room is suitable for meetings and formal or informal dining.

A new state-of-the–art commercial kitchen was recently fitted, equipped with two catering standard dishwashers; three Bosch domestic oven/grills; gas hob; fridge freezer; and a Burco water heater. Cooking utensils, china and cutlery are provided at a small additional charge.

The extensive grounds are used regularly for cricket and football, tennis and croquet and there is also a children’s playground.

Changing rooms with showers are available, for hirers of the hall and sports teams. There is ample free parking
