Charges for the hire of the Hall and other facilities are set out below
Main Hall
Per hour — £30
Per day — £300
Clubroom
Per hour — £20
Per day — £200
Both halls
Per hour — £45
Per day — £450
We also have furniture available for use in the halls. Crockery available for use with the kitchen and a Modern AV system with screen, projector & Surround system. – ( all items are charged & will be added to your quote )
Weddings & Large Events – Please contact our booking secretary to discuss your wedding / event so we can give you a quote for hire, as requirements will differ greatly. We would also recommend that you come along and view the hall before making any decisions.
Supplementary charges
Changing room (flat rate) — £10 each
Bar Room (flat rate) — £15
Screen & projector — £10
Kitchen (space only) — £10ph – £40pd
Kitchen + All Equipment — £15ph – £50pd
Furniture Hire — £5ph – £20pd
External Space to erect your own marquee — £100
*Hirers, (apart from Lodsworth clubs and societies), must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking charge (minimum £50) within 5 days of securing the event.
* We will also require a damage deposit of £250 payable 6 weeks prior to the event when the final balance of the event is due. This fee will be refunded up to 5 days after the event, subject to there being no damages, breakages or extra cleaning costs.
